At these clubs you can expect to find the following levels of play

Youth non-contact COED (Rookie Rugby)

Most clubs offer this non-contact version of rugby, sometimes called Rookie Rugby. Depending on where you live, this could be 'flag-rugby', or 'touch-rugby'. Again; depending on location, non-contact rugby goes through 4th grade regardless of age (PreK/K, 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th), and some regions go by age only (U7, U9, U11). Boys and girls play together. Some clubs now offer 3rd/4th grade (U11) tackle.

Youth Boys/Middle School tackle

Depending on location, this level of play offers tackle rugby for 5th -8th grade, regardless of age (5th/6th, 7th/8th), and some regions by age only (U13, U15). Boys and girls play separately, some clubs may offer girls tackle. Others might offer 5/6th (U13) grade COED NON-CONTACT for those wishing to continue touch rugby.

High School Boys and Girls

High School rugby is offered from 9th - 12th grade and several clubs offers girls only. Depending on the club the numbers of the Club, the High School level can broken down into JV and Varsity. Obviously Club's tend to avoind pitting a 9th grader against a 12th grader, for example.
